accept your purchase for Exchange or Refund within 30 days from the date of
shipment to you, from E Diamond, subject to the following:
Call for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will be given a shipping address. This is required for us to receive your package! If an Exchange, simply give us your new selection when you call for your RMA.. NOTE: Items purchased for resale or custom made to your order, are not eligible for return unless special arrangements are made prior to placing orderPlease be aware that badly packaged, or non-insured packages, or packages without visible legible RMA numbers, or packages outside of our 30 day return period will not be accepted by E Diamond. | |

insured at full value until received at your specified shipping address.
After receipt at your shipping address you are fully and totally responsible

Items. If you elect to Return or Exchange Items, following purchase as said

E Diamond provides
free fully insured shipping for all orders via FedEx, the US Post Office,
or UPS, at the sole discretion of E Diamond. Shipments will be made only to a
street address within the continental United States and requires a receiving
signature. Should you wish to ship to an address different than that used
for credit card billing, you must make advanced arrangements with your
credit card issuer. (Ask us about this)
3 to 4 Business Day Delivery is $7.00 2 Day Delivery (Monday ~ Friday) is $12.00 In stock items normally ship within two days of order placement. For special items or stock item delays you will be advised of delivery schedule by E-mail or telephone. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the Monday following, EST. Special Saturday delivery is available at extra cost. You will be advised of carrier provided Tracking information, if applicable. Your order will be confirmed and delivery advised by phone or E-mail.Overnight Delivery (Monday ~ Friday) is $17.00 |
